Meredith’s dynamic career also includes co-founding Radiant Bloom Productions, which champions women’s leadership in the arts, and her celebrated work as a flautist with Celtic trio The Galway Girls. Her portrayal of Alice Russell in the steampunk musical LIZZIE earned her a Barrymore Award, underscoring her talent for bringing complex characters to life.

Now, Meredith channels her unparalleled artistry into a heartfelt tribute to the iconic Barbra Streisand. An Adapted Christmas Carol

This is a unique telling and adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic tale. Mr. Tyson plays a myriad of characters, traveling through time and space in this fast-paced and engaging holiday favorite. Come and be reminded that redemption is possible – we just have to be willing to change.

Explore the comedy and mayhem of the season with various adapted and original holiday treats. Imagine, “Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and Santa crash-landed on your porch, or hearing the story of a disgruntled Rudolph as he shares excerpts from his new tell-all book, “I’m more than Just a Nose,” – these and other tales will have you howling for more.

David Tyson is the artistic director of his own Weaver of Tales Theatre Company. He is a story performer whose theatrical presentations often incorporate various “popular forms of entertainment” (i.e. Commedia Dell’Arte, masks, improvisational theatre, stand-up comedy, clowning, mime, magic, puppetry, and juggling). His presentations are based on original material and adapted stories.

Mr. Tyson holds an MFA in Theatre, an MA in “Communication and Leadership,” and is also a graduate of the “Dell’Arte School of Physical Theatre. He has performed in theaters, fairs, conferences, schools, and theme parks ranging from EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World to the La MaMa Theatre in NYC

Maggie Griffin-Smith has worked professionally as a singer for over 20 years. She first started as a blues singer, inspired by her late father. And with her mother being a pianist, guitarist, and dabbler in violin and saxophone, Maggie was essentially fated to make music herself. She received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University, graduating magna cum laude. Since then, she’s performed in NYC, Las Vegas, Pigeon Forge, Phoenix, and across NY, PA and NJ. She even celebrated/worked New Year’s Eve 2022 in Times Square, culminating in a performance of Firework overlooking the crowd at 12:10 AM on January 1, 2023. Other favorite credits include: My Fair Lady (Eliza Doolittle), Bonnie & Clyde (Bonnie), The Spitfire Grill (Percy), Cinderella (Cinderella), Into the Woods (Baker’s Wife), Phantom Of the Opera (Christine), and Godspell (Day By Day). Maggie also coaches, directs, and choreographs for individual performers and theaters. She lives in Philadelphia with her daughter Fiona, and hopes to be the kind of parent who, like her own, inspires her to embrace her passion and monetize her talent. Carpe diem!

Missy Hall, Queen of Happy Things, is a comedian, speaker, breast cancer survivor and actress who uses happiness as a coping mechanism. 

Her relatable, witty style has captivated audiences around the country. Her comedy album, “Miss Representation” made the Grammy entry list for funniest comedy album; her album, “Fifty Shades of Fifty”, has over a quarter million streams and her latest recording, “Scoot Up”, is currently playing on Sirius XM radio. 

She performs with the national touring show “Women of a Certain Age” and “Ladies of Laughter”. She was in “Best of the Fest” in the 2019 Burbank Comedy Festival and a finalist in the 2018 Big Sky Comedy Festival. Missy has been featured on over 30 episodes of Beating Cancer Daily Podcast, heard in over 100 countries. Her acting experience ranges from films to musicals and motivational speaking. 

Bringing folks together through laughter is Missy’s favorite thing…well, favorite thing besides dogs, naps and not wearing real pants.
